Civil and structures works for a fertilizer factory in Aqaba. Works included administration building, factory building, storage and handling of raw material and final product. Main storage hanger was constructed using timber frame instead of steel.

Civil works at cable end terminal, consisting of cable trenching from terminal building to 50m water depth in sea with all cable protection and 50m long road crossing, and the oil pumping station. Sub-contracted from Alcatel of Norway.

Phosphate beneficiation plant, civil works and steel structures. Project included 2 settlement tanks diameter 75m.Sub-Contracted from KHD of Germany.

Phosphate storage and handling system which consisted of 4 silos 32m high and 2 silos 42m high all 20m in diameter constructed using slip-form method.

Civil works for the mill building which consisted of 9 grain silos and 6 flour silos all of 31m height. Completed 1988

Hotel Jordan Intercontinental - Amman, Entrance and Forecourt Package, 2000.

Turn-key project for a 6 story medical laboratories building and 31 bed ICU unit, and Endoscopy department at the King Hussein Medical City in Amman.

Package 102 of the hotel construction which included skeleton and stone works for the Wellness Center, Village, Pool Bar, VIP Suites and all water features and swimming pools, amphitheater also a VO was issued for external mud plastering, and external tiling for yards.

All civil and architectural works for 5 star 96 room hotel including preparations for future expansion.
